1. University Web-Registration (WRN) 2023-24 on University Website- www.dbrau.ac.in is a mandatory requirement for the admission in desired course offered by the college. During this registration, select KR college, Mathura as your desired college.

2. A copy of WRN (University web registration number) must be submitted to the college while applying for registration.

3. Candidates will be required to pay a ‘prospectus fees’ of Rs. 300/- at college counter (fees may be revised as per university instructions). Application form is attached with the prospectus.

4. Before filling up the application form, the student can visit college website http://www.krpgcollege.in for required information and University guidelines.

5. Fill up the application form carefully. Give all required information. Paste your latest coloured passport sized photograph.

6. Submit your form in the college at allotted counter at earliest, without waiting for the last date. At this time you also have to pay Rs. 10/- as registration fee.

7. Attach the photocopies of all the testimonials, certificates, marksheets etc., along with the application form.

8. Candidates seeking reservation benefit, must attach latest caste certificate.

9. If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one course, he/she has to apply separately for each course. For each course a different WRN is required.

10. The application form will be cancelled, if there is an error in the application form.

11. Candidate may claim for some extra marks as per the provisions of the University. Details of extra marks are printed on the back of the application form. You may also visit The University and College website for further details.

12. Admission to first semester of graduation courses will be made on the basis of academic merit of the students, which will be prepared as per the rules of the University.

13. Only students, selected according to merit, will be called for counselling for final admission.

14. At the time of counselling, the students have to submit a photocopy of all the required documents.

15. Photocopies of following documents are to be submitted along with the application form.

(i) 10th mark sheet

(ii) 12th mark sheet

(iii) Two passport size photographs

(iv) Copy of the University web registration (WRN)

(v) Printout of application form

(vi) Copy of Aadhar card

(vii) Copy of all documents/Certificates in support of extra marks claimed by the student.

(viii) A copy of their caste certificate, wherever applicable.

(ix) Income certificate, wherever applicable.

(x) T.C. and C.C. (Character certificate).

16. Selected candidates are mandatorily required to show the original copies of all these documents at the time of counselling.

17. Original copies of T.C. and C.C. have to be submitted at the time of counselling.

18. Reservation will be given as per the rules of the University and the State Government.

19. Applicants must have to mention their working email address and mobile number in the application form. Applicants who do not have an e-mail address must be sure to have an email address before filling up the application form so that the important college information can be shared easily.

20. For claiming extra marks, the student must bring the original copies of their certificates and other supporting documents.

21. The date and time of counseling would be notified through the procedure adopted by the University as well as on the college notice board. No information will be sent by post to any selected candidate.

22. Candidates will be given opportunity to select various subject combinations, which are available in the college, especially in Arts faculty. The allotment of subject combination is based on several factors, including candidate’s merit, available seats and infrastructure in the college. The candidates, higher in merit will be preferred for their choice of subjects.

23. The students are suggested to calculate their own merit. If it is not in line with the merit published by the college, (or if there is any discrepancy), it must be reported immediately to the convener of the admission committee.

24. Registration fees will not be refunded.

25. The college reserves the right to reject a candidate at the time of counseling. Any admission can be cancelled by the college administration on the recommendation of the admission and the discipline committee.

26. The eligibility, qualifications for admission are decided by the Dr. B. R. A. University, Agra. Candidates are therefore, advised to visit the University website (www.dbrau.ac.in) for further information regarding admission guidelines.

27. Students, those who are passed out from other universities and desire to seek admission in this college, shall have to submit the migration certificate.

28. If a student fails to submit the admission fee in the stipulated time, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled.

29. The decision of the Principal/Admission committee with regard to admission in the college will be final and binding.

30. Students are strictly warned not to give any money/gift to any person regarding his or her admission in the college. Admissions are done strictly on the basis of merit.

31. All students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to appear in the subsequent University exams.

32. A minimum 75% attendance is also essential for applying for scholarship programme.

33. The student is supposed to submit their fee and other dues only at authorized counters and obtain the receipt. The college shall not be responsible for any unauthorized money given to any person/employee of the college.
